ANALYSIS MODES

Eight engines. One contract at a time.

The Finance product runs eight specialised analysis modes โ€” from a standard ISO 31000 dual-node review to an adversarial red-team pass, from a Monte Carlo scenario engine to an AI drafter that produces a first-version contract. Every mode is metered in credits; every output carries the same cryptographic audit trail.

THE EIGHT MODES

Pick the right engine for the matter.

01STANDARD2 credits

Actor-Critic with ISO 31000

The default engine. Dual-node Actor / Critic with iterative review and ISO 31000 risk mapping. Returns findings, risks, recommendations and an audit chain.

Use for: routine contract analysis, supplier reviews, vanilla SPAs.

02RED TEAM3 credits

Adversarial Node C

A third hostile node attacks the standard output looking for attack vectors, hidden risks and weak language. Surfaces what the standard pass missed.

Use for: high-stakes deals, regulatory submissions, anything that will be litigated.

03PLAYBOOK2 credits

Negotiation counter-proposals

For each risky clause the engine drafts an automatic counter-proposal aligned with your firm's playbook (or our default ISDA / EFET / GAFTA stance).

Use for: contract negotiation, redline workflows, drafting committee prep.

04MONTE CARLO3 credits

IRC scenario simulation

Monte Carlo simulation over the contract's commercial variables โ€” price corridors, FX, default probabilities. Returns IRC distribution and stress percentiles.

Use for: structured finance, project finance, anything with a covenant that depends on a market path.

05CROSS-DOC3 credits

Multi-document coherence

Reads up to 20 related documents in a single matter (SPA + DPA + side letters + schedules) and flags incoherences across the bundle.

Use for: M&A bundles, syndicated loans, anything where the side letters can override the main agreement.

06COMMODITIES ยท CCC v4.24 credits

Oil, Gas, Metals โ€” with KillSwitch

Specialised mode for commodity contracts. Adaptive roles (trader / counterparty / regulator), KillSwitch on critical findings, and live market-price injection (Alpha Vantage) for benchmark references.

Use for: physical commodities, energy trading, EFET / GAFTA / ISDA CSA workflows.

07REDLINE AI ยท NEW3 credits

V1 vs V2 narrated diff

Feed two versions of the same contract. The engine produces a narrated diff classified by impact (L0 cosmetic โ†’ L4 deal-breaker), with a clause-by-clause assessment of whether each change favours your side.

Use for: post-counterparty redlines, draft iterations, late-stage closing review.

08AI DRAFTER ยท NEW5 credits

First-version contract drafting

From parties, jurisdiction and key terms the engine produces a professional first-version draft (EFET, ISDA Master, SPA, NDA, JV). The starting point, not the finishing point.

Use for: kick-off drafting, term-sheet to draft, internal templates.

How credits work.

Credits never expire and are non-transferable. The price per credit depends on the volume purchased (see the closed Enterprise tier). The Standard mode is the cheapest to make iterative review affordable; modes that involve a third adversarial pass, a Monte Carlo engine or full drafting carry the credit cost of the additional compute.
