The table below lists every base country with deployed rails. The L4-N "vigent legislation" corpus is activated per contract: when a partner or enterprise client signs, we ingest the requested jurisdiction's statute corpus and the integration begins receiving authoritative citations automatically.

How to read the status column.
premium — the localised module is deployed (gazette, citation conventions, hierarchy, language). The legislative corpus ingests when a Premium client signs the contract — no queue, no shared SLA. active — the legislative corpus has been ingested and the engine returns literal citations from that country in production today.
Why activation is a feature, not a gap.
When a country shows premium, the rails are live and only the corpus ingestion is contracted. Activation timing is in the client's hands, not in a queue. It is also what lets us onboard a new jurisdiction in days rather than months. Spain is the proof point: ingested and live today.

We add jurisdictions on demand under enterprise contract. The localised module — gazette, hierarchy, citation conventions, official language — is the engineering cost; the corpus ingestion is the operational cost. Both are quoted before signature.
