Documents uploaded for analysis are processed exclusively in server RAM and are never written to disk or database. No document content, extracted text, or analysis input is stored after the request completes. This is a core architectural guarantee.
Account data: email address, hashed password, account creation timestamp.
Usage metadata: API endpoint called, model used, token counts, duration, success/error — no prompt or output content.
Payment data: transaction reference and amount via third-party processors. We do not store card numbers or crypto wallet addresses.
Technical data: IP address for rate limiting (retained max 30 days), browser user-agent.
Processing is based on contract performance (delivering the Service), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, analytics), and legal obligations (payment record-keeping).
We share data only with: (a) Supabase — database and auth infrastructure, EU region; (b) Paddle and NOWPayments — payment processing; (c) AI inference providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek) — model inputs only, never account data. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.
Account data is retained until deletion. Usage logs: 12 months. Payment records: 7 years (legal obligation). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. Contact us at the email below — we respond within 30 days.
