Our services operate on prepaid credits credited to your account upon payment confirmation. Credits do not expire and are consumed per analysis run.
Unused credits: Full refund available within 14 calendar days of purchase if no credits have been consumed, in accordance with EU consumer withdrawal rights (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Partially consumed credits: Proportional refund of unused credits at the unit price of the purchased package.
Fully consumed credits: No refund once all credits have been used.
If credits were consumed due to a verifiable technical failure on our platform, we will restore the affected credits or issue a proportional refund with no time limit.
Email quantumnexusventures@protonmail.com with your registered email, purchase date and reference, and reason for the request. We process requests within 10 business days via the original payment method.
