These Terms govern access to and use of the services operated by QUANTUM NEXUS VENTURES - FZCO (Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, Trade License 45880, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE), including Nexus Legal and Nexus Finance (collectively, "the Services"). By registering or using any Service you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services are intended for business professionals and institutional users aged 18 or over.
The Services provide AI-powered document analysis, adversarial audit, and report generation. All analysis is processed in-memory with Zero Retention — no user documents are stored on our servers after processing. Outputs are informational only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, or investment advice.
The Services operate on a prepaid credit model. Credits are consumed per analysis run, do not expire, and are non-transferable. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Paddle, NOWPayments). We do not store payment card data.
You may not use the Services to process unlawfully obtained documents, violate applicable law or regulation, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without written authorisation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in breach of these Terms without prior notice.
All platform software, prompts, interfaces, and branding are the exclusive property of QUANTUM NEXUS VENTURES - FZCO. Analysis outputs generated from your documents belong to you, subject to compliance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QUANTUM NEXUS VENTURES - FZCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
